Reid and I drove by the lot this morning and lo and behold the masonry crew was there building the crawl space. This is the first time I have been able to see physical evidence of the future house and it was awesome.
Our builder called yesterday to schedule our pre-construction meeting. We are meeting with Jim the builder on Monday afternoon. We will go over all our plans and specs and selections to make sure everything is correct. Jim said that the recent rain may have put things a couple days behind, but he is still hopeful to have framing start on schedule.
